Rosario Carbonell

Rosario Carbonell is a licensed real estate broker of KMC Realty. She specializes in leased office spaces of various buildings located in Metro Manila. She deals with a range of office space requirements from small businesses to large corporations and finds spaces and sites for her clients. She works with client requisites and suggests ideal office set-up and strategic locations that will enable clients grow and expand their operations. She handles and organizes site visits, prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms in lease agreements.

Prior to her current position, Rosario is former investment consultant of a major real estate developer in Philippines. She is familiar with market rates and standards in procuring lease agreements with lessees and lessors alike. She handles landlord representation and deals with various and major locators in the previous company she represented.
